Colin Day - CEO
Colin Day founded iCIMS.com in 1999 and is the company's President and CEO. Prior to founding iCIMS, Colin worked in sales and new business development at Comrise Technology, an IT staffing firm. After successfully opening a new branch office in Washington D.C., Colin recognized an opportunity to carve a technical platform out of the company, and iCIMS was born.
In addition to his responsibilities at iCIMS, Colin works to develop SaaS industry awareness and to educate HR Professionals on how to evaluate recruiting technology. He has contributed to various publications including Human Resource Executive, Employment Marketplace, and Human Capital Magazine. He has also spoken at engagements such as ReedLogic's HR Software Leadership Conference.
Colin has received numerous recognitions and awards. He has twice received Human Capital Magazine's HR Future Leaders Award, and has twice been rated one of the top 5 forward-thinking innovators in Fast Company Magazine's Fast 50 Readers Challenge. In 2007, Colin was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in the Information Technology Software category. In 2008, Colin was recognized as one of the state's most dynamic business leaders in NJBIZ's Forty under 40 award program. In 2009, he was a finalist in the "Green Executive of the Year" category of the NJBIZ Green Leadership Awards, and in 2011, he was named a finalist in the Executive of the Year category of the NJBIZ Business of the Year Awards.Colin graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology. Adam Feigenbaum - COO
With iCIMS since 2001, Adam Feigenbaum currently serves as the organization's Chief Operating Officer, ensuring that internal operations are optimized to create an unparalleled Customer Experience for iCIMS' clients. His responsibilities include overseeing the integration of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service strategies into iCIMS' global operations, while also guiding internal & external corporate communications strategy.
Previously, Adam had served as iCIMS' Director of Sales from 2003 through 2009 helping to define, develop, and drive sales processes resulting in iCIMS' sustained growth over that period. Adam holds a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University and remains active with the University participating in on-campus education programs promoting careers in business.
Susan Vitale - CMO
Susan Vitale joined iCIMS in 2005 and serves as the organization's Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, Susan directs iCIMS' business strategy to drive corporate growth. Her responsibilities include developing new business opportunities for iCIMS via new product lines, exploring expansion into new international markets and developing additional revenue streams through channels. Susan works closely with linking iCIMS' business vision to the product roadmap to ultimately help bring valuable new functionality to market through iCIMS' Talent Platform.
Prior to overseeing corporate strategy, Susan was iCIMS' Director of Marketing for two years, leading all strategic marketing initiatives including demand generation, brand management, promotions, and public relations. Susan holds a BS in Marketing from Lehigh University.
Paul Melici - CTO
Paul Melici joined iCIMS in 2004 and serves as the organization's Chief Technology Officer. Paul oversees the research & development of iCIMS' software offerings, the hosting of that software, as well as the company's internal Information Technology (IT) department. Paul sets the vision, goals, and strategy for accomplishing the goals for these three groups and manages their day-to-day operations.
Paul works with Customer Services, Sales, Marketing and other departments to create feedback loops which enable Paul to set the company's technological vision and goals in the way that has the greatest benefit for the company overall - and most importantly, to provide an excellent customer experience. Paul graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Ronald Kasner - CCDO & GC
Ron Kasner serves as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and General Counsel of iCIMS. In this capacity, he has leadership responsibility for general and administrative functions at iCIMS related to finance & accounting, talent, and legal affairs. In addition, Ron drives strategic planning at iCIMS, with a keen focus on execution and accelerating the growth of the company. He also has responsibility for mergers & acquisitions and works closely with the leadership team to identify, prioritize, and execute business process improvement that can have an immediate impact on revenue and profitability.
Prior to joining iCIMS, Ron was the Vice President of Corporate Development & General Counsel of LabVantage Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of laboratory information management solutions. During his tenure at LabVantage, Kasner drove corporate strategy and organizational process improvement, enabling LabVantage to significantly grow revenues, expand its global operations, and increase profitability. In his dual role, Kasner also advised on and addressed all legal affairs of the company on a worldwide basis, including contract negotiation, licensing, intellectual property protection, and employment matters. Kasner also held a variety of managerial roles with software and financial services companies, as well as counseled numerous clients, from Fortune 1000 corporations to start-up ventures, as a business and technology transactions attorney with Venable, LLP.
A graduate of Harvard Law School with a concentration in negotiations, Ron received a BS in Commerce, with distinction, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, majoring in both Finance and Accounting.
Michael Greten - Sr. Director, Finance & Controller
Michael joined iCIMS in November 2010 as serves as its Controller. Michael comes to iCIMS with 10 years of Controllership experience in the SaaS industry, running all facets of an Accounting organization. Michael brings with him extensive experience in managing the accounting function through Mergers & Acquisitions, International expansion and an IPO. Michael is an active Certified Public Accountant with the state of New Jersey.
Clark J. Convery - Sr. Director, Customer Success
Clark J. Convery joined the iCIMS team in 2010 and currently serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success. In this role, Clark is responsible for New Account Implementation, Customer Support and Professional Services teams, including the Integration, Consulting, and Branding Services.
Prior to joining iCIMS, Clark was the Director of Implementation at OrderMotion, Inc., a leading SaaS provider for Direct-to-Customer information management solutions, where he was responsible for implementation and professional service growth and efficiency. Clark also held a variety of roles with ADP, Inc. in their National Accounts Division. His main responsibilities were project management and client engagement management for implementation of their HRIS system.
Clark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Rhode Island, majoring in Management Information Systems.
Erinn Tarpey - Sr. Director, Marketing
Erinn Tarpey is the Senior Director of Marketing, responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives including branding, demand generation, promotions, events, customer communications, and analyst and press relations. Prior to joining iCIMS, Erinn directed the marketing efforts at Vinimaya, Inc. and PurchasingNet, Inc., both providers of SaaS solutions designed to streamline Procure-to-Pay processes at global Fortune 1000 organizations. Prior to making the move to in-house marketing, Erinn was a VP & Partner at the New York-based agency, Biederman Kelly Krimstein & Partners. Additionally, Erinn's experience includes advertising agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, Merkley Newman Harty, and Athorn, Clark & Partners, working primarily with B2B and Consumer technology clients such as FreeMarkets, Tyco, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Kodak Digital Imaging, InformationWeek, Network Computing, and BellSouth.
Erinn holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Lehigh University.
Paul Raphael - Director, Product Management
Paul joined iCIMS in 2009 and serves as the Director of Product Management and Organizational Readiness. In this role, Paul's focus is to define the product vision and road map, to ensure that our future releases are aligned with our customer's needs and our corporate strategy. With over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and organizational readiness, Paul is uniquely positioned to assure all iCIMS departments and customers are aligned for new software releases. This includes communication about releases to our clients, training content, documentation and coordinating with Marketing on release launch events.
Prior to joining iCIMS, Paul was the Director of Product Development at Ceridian, a leading HR/Payroll company. Paul holds a BS in Management from Kean University and an MBA from Kaplan University.
Sandeep Chand - Director, R&D
Sandeep Chand joined the iCIMS team in 2011 and serves as the Director of R&D. In this role, he oversees the research, development and delivery of iCIMS' innovative and scalable technology to its customers. With over 15 years of experience in both startups and established businesses, Sandeep's background encompasses technology and product development, strategic planning and marketing.
Prior to joining iCIMS, Sandeep was the Director of Application Development at Wyndham Hotel Group where he was responsible for the delivery of the Enterprise Content Management System. He held a variety of roles of increasing responsibilities at ADP, including developing and successfully launching General Ledger Interface (GLI) - a SaaS offering to its core payroll customers. He was also instrumental in co-founding a financial services startup in Pittsburgh, PA.
Sandeep holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor of engineering in Computer Engineering from DIT (now NSIT - a top-10 engineering school in India).
Michael Rosenberg - Director, Sales
Michael has been with iCIMS since 2009 and currently serves as the organization's Director of Sales. Michael’s role on the Executive Leadership Team is to ensure the iCIMS Global Sales Organization creates an unparalleled customer experience for all new iCIMS' clients. Michael has overseen much of the new client growth over the last three years and continues to work with welcoming new clients into the iCIMS family. Michael has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Executive Management from Pace University. Michael and his wife and two children reside in Marlboro, NJ.
