iCIMS recognizes that a commitment to the environment should start at a corporate level. Implementation of a corporate matching policy for employee donations to renewable energy research facilities has made great strides to reduce the company's carbon footprint. iCIMS has been able to generate more renewable energy through credits than it consumes in non-renewable energy per year. Such an admirable feat is accomplished by ensuring that iCIMS employees are energy conscious in and out of the office, whether it be through exercising tips and best practices, powering down computers and lights, or participating in the annual Earth Hour.

iCIMS starts early when it comes to demonstrating a commitment to the Earth to its employees. For every new hire that joins the team, the company plants 25 trees as part of the Nature Conservancy's Plant a Billion Trees Campaign.

Additionally, a partnership with 3Degrees has allowed iCIMS to purchase Renewable Energy Certificates. This commitment prevents more than 626,400 pounds of CO2 from entering the earth's atmosphere - equivalent to removing 61.5 cars from the road for three years.

iCIMS not only encourages employees to exercise a commitment to the environment, we also show appreciation for our customers who do the same. iCIMS offers an iGIVE Back discount to companies that demonstrate a significant effort towards reducing reliance on non-renewable energy. Organizations that support solar, wind, and ethanol energy sources are eligible for iGIVE Back contract discounts when they partner with iCIMS for their HR technology needs.
