- Members of the press and industry analysts recognize leading SaaS provider as one of the Fastest-Growing North American Companies of the Year -
MATAWAN, N.J. (December 30, 2013) – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, is proud to announce an explosive year of growth fueled by industry-leading customer retention rates, the acquisition of Jobmagic, the launch of a reseller partnership with Canadian-based Workopolis, and strong continuous direct sales of the company’s expanded product offerings. In recognition of these achievements, iCIMS recently won the Fastest-Growing Company of the Year from Best in Biz Awards 2013.
After beating its bronze win in the 2012 Best in Biz award program, iCIMS added a silver trophy for the 2013 Fastest-Growing Company of the Year - Medium. Between 2011 and 2013 alone, iCIMS experienced a revenue increase of more than 86 percent and nearly doubled employee headcount. To accommodate this growth, iCIMS recently expanded its corporate headquarters to feature a custom-designed technology center that houses more than 40 members of the company’s Research & Development (R&D) and Information Technology (IT) departments. The company has also been recognized as one of the fastest-growing businesses in North America by Inc. 500 II 5,000 andNJBIZ’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies.
As the technology teams grow, customers can anticipate the release of more innovative products and features to their talent acquisition suite. In November, iCIMS introduced Video Cover Letter, the newest addition to the company’s recruitment software. Video Cover Letter enables candidates to submit short videos along with their traditional resume or employment application. The video footage can be recorded via smartphone, tablet, or desktop-mounted webcam with simple-to-use technology that is integrated with the iCIMS Talent Platform. The solution drastically reduces the administrative burden associated with phone screening by hiring managers and recruiters.
“We are honored to be recognized nationally for our exponential growth throughout the recent years,” said iCIMS CEO, Colin Day. “HR software is a fast-paced technology category particularly as trends such as social, mobile, and video develop in the candidate landscape. Our success is attributed to our ability to create best-to-market tools that help customers leverage these transformative technologies in their quest for top talent.”
