(August 21, 2013) – iCIMS, Inc. is proud to announce that for the eighth consecutive year the company has earned a spot on the Inc. 500|5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies for its robust revenue growth between the years 2009 and 2012. The company, known as the leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, ranks in the top 4,000.

In January 2012, iCIMS secured a $35 million minority investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, LLC, allowing for increased investments in marketing, product development, and acquisitions. Later that year, iCIMS announced a new partnership with Workopolis, the largest online recruitment provider in Canada. Under the agreement, Workopolis exclusively resells iCIMS’ sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding solutions across Canada. The following month, iCIMS announced the acquisition of Jobmagic, which has greatly enhanced the company’s social recruiting capabilities.
The close of 2012 also brought the release of iCIMS’ successful new product offering, Connect. A social- and mobile-optimized candidate relationship management solution, Connect allows customers to engage with passive candidates and build a sourcing pipeline for future hiring needs.
