MATAWAN, N.J. (June 27, 2013) – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, has been honored with another Bronze Stevie® Award in 2013, this time at the 11th Annual American Business Awards for “Customer Service Department of the Year.” The company won the award for the successful launch of its rebuilt, redesigned iCARE Customer Support Site, and the mobilization of iCIMS Platform Consultants.
“The reinvention of our iCARE Customer Support Site was a passion project for us,” said iCIMS Chief Operations Officer, Adam Feigenbaum, “So much hard work and research went into this undertaking. Similar to iCIMS’ Talent Platform, the iCARE Customer Support Site was redesigned with usability and user experience best practices in mind, making it easy for customers to find all the information they need. The online environment features greater imagery, simplified navigation, and streamlined content while focusing on training, products, partners, and better user interaction. Since the September launch, page views are up and the average engagement increased 100% – both backed by customer feedback related to the content and design of the new site.
Alongside the iCARE Customer Site rebrand, iCIMS’ Customer Service Department established an innovative, new sub-department called Platform Consultants (PC). This strategic team provides novel solutions to unique customer issues, offers best practice advice to simplify customer processes, and gets features with high request volume to the appropriate iCIMS team members in order to add them to the product roadmap.
“Our Platform Consultants have taken our customer service experience to the next level,” continued Feigenbaum, “Since their inception, they have resolved more than 300 requests from clients and their involvement has been a direct result of customers renewing with iCIMS.”
