iCIMS' Talent Platform
iCIMS, Inc. has created this privacy statement to demonstrate a commitment to privacy and establish practices to be follow in good faith. The following discloses information gathering and dissemination practices for the iCIMS Talent Platform.

Information Collection and Use
Personally Identifiable information is collected at a number of points throughout the iCIMS profile creation and/or application process. You have the choice to enter information to client companies via e-mail or by direct entry through the client's Online Career Centers.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the application, including your personal information, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by the iCIMS, the client company to which you applied, their affiliates, and agents; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Accordingly, you agree to permit such parties to make such transmissions and changes, and hereby provide the necessary consent for the same. Further, you authorize the organization to contact anyone that it deems appropriate to verify the information you have provided or to further investigate your background, past performance and suitability for employment. You consent to being discussed by any person contacted by the organization and waive all rights to bring any action for defamation, invasion of privacy or any similar claim against anyone that provides information to the organization with a good faith belief that the information provided is true.
Please be aware that iCIMS is not responsible for the privacy practices of its clients. iCIMS encourages you read the privacy statements of each and every company to which you apply. This privacy statement applies solely the role iCIMS plays in collecting and storing your data.
Choice
You are given open notice and the choice to provide personal information. Information can be corrected and updated at any point in the application process by logging into the Online Career Center.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If your personally identifiable information changes iCIMS provides a way to correct, update, or remove your personal information. This can be done by logging into the client's Online Career Center.
Opt-out
You are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of client mailings and notifications via the 'Opt-Out' mechanism attached to all iCIMS e-mails.
Notification of Changes
If iCIMS changes the Applicant Tracking System privacy policy, those changes will be posted on the iCIMS website and on the client Online Career Centers so you are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is disclosed.
