Integrated with iCIMS’ Talent Platform, Vendor Manager tracks the source of all candidates allowing you to report vendor performance.To view agency submission on a higher level, clients may run Source Effectiveness reports and view a wealth of information in one centralized system. Further, users can search a Source by Name, Phone, or Email address, which allows recruiters to view all candidates sent into the system by a particular source.
iCIMS’ Reporting Center includes tools to measure the effectiveness of sources. These effectiveness reports are according to each candidate's current application status, and may also include reports on the source of candidates who were referred to your positions. The reporting capabilities of iCIMS’ Talent Platform are incredibly flexible, so the user can determine the variables and the output of the search and reporting results in great detail.
