If there is one thing abundant in the iCIMS organization, it is passion. Whether it is passion about well-designed software or unparalleled customer support, our employees show it in spades. We also understand that this passion does, and must, extend beyond the business concepts of client growth, revenues, and profits, and iCIMS has decided to channel much of our passion outside of working hours into a single, well-focused cause: giving back to the environment.
At the Corporate Level, iCIMS is involved with:
3Degrees – Through 3Degrees, iCIMS has made a commitment to purchasing Green-e Certified Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from new National Wind farms. With this multi year commitment to RECs iCIMS has more than matched our yearly energy usage, helping us balance our carbon footprint and insuring that more clean renewable energy will be created every year.
At the Employee Level, iCIMS has engaged:
Earth Share of New Jersey – ESNJ is an active network of New Jersey's most respected non-profit organizations working together to motivate and educate NJ's citizens to take actions to improve human health, preserve wildlife, and protect environmental treasures. Earth Share NJ provides iCIMS' employees with opportunities to support and participate in local environmental programs, as well as raise funds for members through payroll contributions, inkjet/toner/cell phone recycling, car donations, special events, and more.
At the Customer Level:
iCIMS offers an iCARE discount to firms that are clearly committed to reducing reliance on non-renewable energy. Organizations that demonstrate a commitment to solar, wind, and ethanol energy sources are eligible for iCARE contract discounts when they partner with iCIMS for their HR technology needs.iCIMS recognized by the American Business Awards for its Corporate Responsibility Program!
