IMPLEMENTATION
What are you doing 30 Days from now? In this short amount of time, you could be up and running on iCIMS’ Talent Platform!

iCIMS’ adherence to the Single-Source-Code, Software-as-a-Service model allows us to deliver implementation cycles that are much shorter than traditional software installation projects. The actual process of implementation occurs over a series of client consultations, whereby iCIMS configures the Talent Platform to the customer’s preferred specifications (terminology, workflows, etc.). The actual date of go-live is determined by the customer in conjunction with the dedicated Implementation Manager and is typically premised by how much the customer wishes to achieve prior to go-live. Once a date is set for go-live, a project plan is crafted around that specific date, with meetings and milestones set to ensure the date is met.

Still think implementing a new system will be a painful process? Maybe with some systems, but iCIMS boasts a 9.51/10 implementation satisfaction score! iCIMS’ goal is for you to be functional on the Talent Platform as quickly as possible, so we work to ensure an efficient Implementation Process in which all users are fully prepared for the transition to the platform.

Configuration vs. Customization
bullet

After the initial availability of the platform within 48 business hours, clients will work with their designated Implementation Manager to configure the system around their company’s unique needs. iCIMS’ development and delivery of the Talent Platform is via single-source code, which allows for easy configuration as opposed to complex and costly customization. As such, our Implementation Managers are able to quickly and seamlessly translate distinct work processes into the Talent Platform, shortening the overall deployment period and providing clients with a more cost-effective rollout. For The Hershey Company, who came to iCIMS with the challenge of being up and running on the Talent Platform in under two weeks, it was this adherence to system configurations that proved to be the winning formula. iCIMS was able to migrate Hershey’s job, candidate and employee data into the Talent Platform, configure the system around Hershey’s unique needs, and ultimately get the system up and running in 10 short days.

Integration
bullet

Our quick time to deploy, which was highlighted in a recent report by analyst firm Bersin and Associates, is also achieved through straightforward integration specs. iCIMS supports a number of third-party tools that can be integrated within your solution. This may include services from iCIMS’ preferred partners or from vendors that you are looking to continue to work with via the Talent Platform. Our standard specs, coupled with our flexible import/export capabilities, make it relatively simple to enable the platform to “talk” to virtually any third party system, including HRIS, background check, and Payroll solutions. Your Implementation Manager will leverage his/her experience to provide best practice consulting to enhance the way in which these features are made available within your Talent Platform solution.

Migration
bullet

Pre-existing data relating to your Candidates, Hiring Managers and Jobs (Active & Library templates) are easily migrated into the Talent Platform. Additionally, iCIMS has converted clients from all competing systems, and so has the experience and know-how to move data efficiently and with minimal disturbance to your workflow.

Transitioning to the Platform
bullet

Before you go-live with the system, iCIMS will give you time to test the configurations made to the Talent Platform and ensure that they accurately reflect your workflow needs. Your users will then be trained on the configured system with consideration to how your organization will be using the iCIMS Talent Platform to manage your unique hiring process.
