As part of your initial implementation, iCIMS will assist with the migration of your existing recruiting data into iRecruiter. iCIMS provides services to migrate both raw candidate data (i.e. resumes), as well as relational data associated to those candidate records (notes, jobs, etc.). In addition, iCIMS' Technical Staff can also facilitate the migration of job libraries and Hiring Manager data into iRecruiter. Our experienced staff of migration specialists has performed hundreds of migrations ranging from basic transfers for clients who had no previous system in place to more advanced migrations by clients who are moving from a competing solution provider to the iRecruiter platform.



iRecruiter will not only help users automate the pre-hire recruiting process, but will also enable clients to deliver data from iRecruiter into preferred third-party HRIS, ERP, and Payroll systems. Integrations have been developed to facilitate the employee on-boarding process, introduce single sign-on authentication within the system, or even to update the job library stored in iRecruiter with data from external systems. Basic integrations allow for simple export of data from iRecruiter for delivery into various backend solutions. Advanced integrations have been developed on behalf of clients, making it possible to automate data transfers and create bi-directional data feeds to and from iRecruiter with systems such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, ADP, Lawson, and more.

iCIMS provides branding services to help clients maintain their employment branding and messaging within all recruitment communications managed by iRecruiter. Basic services include the branding of integrated Online Career Centers to match the exact look and feel of your existing corporate website. More advanced branding services include the development of HTML Postcards that can be sent directly from iRecruiter, creation of hard copy letters and email templates, and custom development and branding of online forms supported through iCIMS' iForms service.
