Free Training Webinars
iCIMS offers complimentary Training Webinars for all users of our iRecruiter™ Talent Platform. Occurring twice a week, Training Webinars help customers maximize the potential of their iRecruiter Talent Platform through increased system proficiency and improved user adoption. Webinar topics include reporting, job posting, user administration, and general new user training. All training sessions are available to the entire iCIMS community free of charge and are also available after the live session through iCIMS’ Customer Education portal.
Customer Education Portals
Committed to user adoption, iCIMS offers an array of Education Services to ensure the long-term success of every iRecruiter user. All information is centralized within iCIMS' Customer Education portal, available to all iCIMS clients directly through iRecruiter.
Education Services range from custom-developed training documentation such as Implementation Manuals, Muilti-lingual Training Manuals (Print and Online), Flash tutorials, and Frequently-Asked Questions, to iCIMS' ongoing Webinar series. Education Webinars focus on hot topics in the recruiting industry, including OFCCP and EEO regulations, Screening Methodologies, and more. iCIMS also provides regular education sessions following each new product release to help ensure that all existing customers are well informed of new system capabilities as they are made available.

Through iCIMS' Customer Education portal, clients have access to a comprehensive video training library full of iRecruiter tutorials. This on-demand video training library enables customers to truly learn on their own schedule while maximizing the return on their technology investment. iRecruiter users also have the ability to submit training topic requests for upcoming video tutorials at any time.
