iCIMS Recognized as One of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey

March 22, 2006 Hazlet, NJ - iCIMS, a leading provider of Web-based Hiring Management Solutions, today announced that the company has been selected as one of "The Best Places to Work in New Jersey." The award program is produced by NJBIZ and sponsored by J.H. Cohn and Novo Nordisk.

In its second year, the award program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in New Jersey; that is, those organizations that show dedication to their employees' growth and quality of life. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is comprised of 50 companies split into two groups: 25 small to medium-sized companies (25-199 employees) and 25 large-sized companies (more than 200 employees). iCIMS has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the small to medium category.

To be considered for participation, companies had to meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Have a minimum of 25 employees in the state of New Jersey;
• Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business;
• Be a publicly or privately-held business;
• Have a facility in New Jersey;

Companies from across the state participated in a two-part process that led to the determination of the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The process consisted of an evaluation of each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics in addition to an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in New Jersey with assistance from ModernThink, LLC, an employee management consulting firm that analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.

iCIMS will be recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards ceremony on Monday, April 24, 2006, at the Sheraton Woodbridge in Iselin.
