Human Capital Magazine Selects Two iCIMS Employees as Future HR Leaders Honorees

Colin Day (President & CEO), Chris Bartholomew (CIO) earn prestigious honor from industry-leading HR publication

June 30, 2005 Hazlet, NJ - iCIMS, a leading provider of web-based Hiring Management Solutions, announced today that iCIMS' President & CEO, Colin Day, and CIO, Chris Bartholomew, have been recognized by Human Capital magazine as part of the publication's annual Future HR Leaders Awards program. Day and Bartholomew were among the 18 honorees hand-picked by Human Capital, based upon their contributions to the HR Industry. For Day, this was his second consecutive nomination within the Future HR Leaders program.

Human Capital's Future HR Leaders Award celebrates the contribution of business leaders within their organizations and recognizes how their efforts continue to shape the future of the Human Resources Industry.
