iCIMS Announces Enhanced Client Services Initiative

- Expanded Customer Care Offerings Coincide with Record Growth for HR Solution Provider -

Hazlet, NJ, September 29, 2003 - iCIMS unveiled today an enhanced Client Services initiative building upon the company's established reputation for dedication and commitment to the success and satisfaction of its clients. The expanded customer support offerings, now referred to as Client Services, comes on the heels of a period of unprecedented growth for the Talent Management Solutions Provider. Arthur Raguette, formerly iCIMS Alliance Manager, has been appointed to the new role of Director of Client Services.

Under the new Client Services initiative, iCIMS has simplified the implementation process, establishing both client and vendor benchmarks for more efficient handling of new accounts. ICIMS expects the new process to bring the average implementation time of new iCIMS' Enterprise clients to within two weeks, an aggressive, yet attainable goal. Additionally, the Client Services division will be taking a more proactive, consultative approach to help corporations utilizing iCIMS technology maximize their Return-on-Investment.
