Senior Financial Executive Named to iCIMS Board of Directors

- Bradley E. Sparks Brings Financial Expertise to ASP Provider’s Management Team -

Hazlet, NJ, July 23, 2003 - iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Recruitment Management Solutions for mid-to-large corporations, today announced that Bradley E. Sparks, Senior Financial Executive, has accepted an offer to become a member of iCIMS' Board of Directors.

Mr. Sparks has more than 25 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as the CFO of e.Spire Communications, a publicly-held competitive local exchange carrier which he joined in April 2000. Prior to that, he served as CFO at Digex, Inc., guiding their successful initial public offering (IPO) in July 1999, WAM!NET, a global provider of digital network services, and at OmniPoint Corporation. Mr. Sparks also served as Vice President and Controller and as Vice President and Treasurer of MCI Communications Corporation, prior to its acquisition by Worldcom.

Mr. Sparks will be contributing his wealth of knowledge and financial expertise to iCIMS, a privately-held ASP provider, whose Applicant Tracking Solution was recently ranked by the ERExchange as the industry’s top Enterprise Recruitment Management Solution.
