- iCIMS to Integrate TMP's Job VIPeR into its iCIMS' Applicant Tracking System -

Under the terms of the agreement, iCIMS will integrate TMP's advanced Internet job distribution tool, Job VIPeR (Volume Internet Posting e-Resource), into its iCIMS' Applicant Tracking Solution. Users will now be able to access a fully integrated job distribution tool through the iCIMS' solution, giving them access to hundreds of the industry's leading job boards and allowing them to efficiently post their open jobs to multiple employment websites through a single transaction using an automated desktop process.

Job VIPeR is a powerful Internet job distribution tool that is easy to use and acts as a central management conduit to the universe of general and industry-specific job boards, allowing clients to create customized media plans and more effectively control their overall recruiting costs.
