Biography : Colin Day

Colin Day founded iCIMS.com in 1999 and is the company's President and CEO. Prior to founding iCIMS, Colin worked at Comrise Technology in sales and new business development, where he was responsible for opening and growing branch offices. Previous to this, Colin spent three years in recruiting and staffing. Colin writes frequently for HR Industry publications, served as a keynote speaker in ReedLogic's The HR Software Leadership Conference 2005, and has received Human Capital magazine's HR Future Leaders Award twice.
For the past two consecutive years, Colin was rated one of the top 5 forward-thinking innovators in Fast Company magazine's Fast 50 Readers Challenge. In 2007, Colin was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in the Information Technology Software category. In 2008, Colin was recognized as one of the state’s most dynamic business leaders in NJBIZ’s Forty under 40 award program. Colin graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology.
Biography : Stephen Day
Mr. Day brings over thirty years experience in sales, marketing, strategy, and general management in the telecommunications, chemical, textiles and electronics industry in the US, European and Japanese markets (IVA LTD, COMSAT, DuPont and Courtaulds). He was CEO of International Ventures Associates(IVA LTD.), a private business strategy firm in Washington, DC that advised large, medium and small telecommunications and IT companies in major markets worldwide.
Mr. Day was a founding member, and chairman, of InfoConversions, a Maryland based software services business that converted legacy documents to XML. Mr. Day has been a member of two NASA advisory boards; is chairman of JUSTSAP, the Japan-U.S. Science, Technology and Space Applications organization; a member of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute Corporation Board, a board member of Comrise China, and is an adjunct professor at the Kogod business school at American University.
Biography : Scott Feldman
Scott joined Susquehanna International Group (SIG) in January of 2006 as part of a newly formed leveraged buyout practice and subsequently joined the Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) team in 2007. He focuses on the information, financial, and business services sectors. He currently serves on the boards of HMP Communications, the JK Group, MMIT and iCIMS. Previously, he served on the board of TradeHelm.
Before joining SIG, Scott co-founded Superior Street Capital Markets (SSCM) in late 1998, a boutique investment banking firm serving telecommunications and internet companies. In late 2000, SSCM was acquired by Broadmark Capital, a technology-focused merchant banking firm based in Seattle and New York with concentrations in the information services, business services, and telecommunications sectors. Scott served as a Managing Director and Partner at Broadmark until joining SIG. He began his career at Gabelli & Company.
Scott's past investments and clients include Arbinet Corporation (NASDAQ: ARBX, acquired by Primus Telecom), Automated Resource Group (acquired by iPacesetters), UFO Communications (NASDAQ: CCOI), InterpNAP Network Services (NASDAQ: INAP), Universal Access (NASDAQ: UAXS, acquired by Vanco/Reliance), and Yipes Communications (acquired by Reliance).
Scott graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College with concentrations in Economics and Computer Science.
Biography : Andy Ferrentino
Mr. Ferrentino has over thirty years of experience in the computer software industry. From 1982 until he retired in 2000, he was the president of Template Software Inc, a software product company with worldwide sales. In that period, he grew the company from start-up to a $40M company, took the company public and then positioned it for acquisition in 2000 by Level 8 Systems to form a company with revenue of $80M.
Currently, he is a member of the board of iCIMS.com and the Meehan Mutual Fund, Inc.
Biography : Amir Goldman
Amir joined Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and formed Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) in 2006. He focuses on investments in payments and software. Amir also oversees SIG’s broader private equity investing activities in the United States, Europe, and Israel. He currently sits on the boards of PaySimple, JK Group, MMIT, Netformx and iCIMS. He previously served on the boards of CashEdge (acquired by Fiserv), Plimus (acquired by Great Hill Partners), and ESP Technologies (acquired by Investment Technology Group).
Amir brings more than 15 years of technology investing experience to SGE. He previously led growth investments in financial technology and software at TL Ventures and BRM Capital. He was also an investment banker at Robertson Stephens where he was involved in several public offerings and M&A transactions. Amir has extensive experience helping international companies penetrate the North American marketplace.
His previous investments include Kashya (acquired by EMC), Prosight (acquired by Primavera/Oracle), ClariFI (acquired by Standard & Poor’s), Whale Communications (acquired by Microsoft), and Crossworlds (NASDAQ, then acquired by IBM).
Amir taught entrepreneurial management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania to second year MBA candidates from 2005-2010. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Biography : Jonathan Klahr
Jonathan Klahr joined SGE in 2007 and focuses on payments, transaction processing, and internet companies. He currently serves on the boards of Netformx, Offers.com, SkyBox, The Logic Group, Wisair and iCIMS. Previously, he was on the board of Plimus (sold to Great Hill Partners).
Jonathan previously led investments in software and internet companies at BRM Capital. He also has operational experience with technology start-ups.
His previous investments include Fraud Sciences (acquired by eBay/PayPal), Gigaspaces, Pando, and Supportspace. He has also worked closely with portfolio companies such as Whale Communications (acquired by Microsoft) and Prosight (acquired by Primavera).
Jonathan holds an M.B.A. from Hebrew University and a B.A. in War Studies from Kings College, London where he was the recipient of the prestigious Simon O’Dwyer Russell Outstanding Student Award.
Biography : George Liou
Mr. Liou is the Chairman and President of Comrise Technology, and Chairman of iCIMS. Since 1973, Mr. Liou has become an influential personality in the Telecom arena. Prior to founding Comrise, he had worked with AT&T Bell Lab, Siemens, NCR and NASA on a number of ground breaking projects, e.g., Switching, Data Communication, OSS, networking protocols, real-time software development, and laser ranging systems.
Mr. Liou received his MS in CS from Florida Tech in 1973, in addition to a BS from Tamkang University in 1970 from Taiwan. Mr. Liou is also a believer in strong customer services as attested by his clients AT&T, IBM, Telecordia, CSC, IRS, FAA, and many others spanning over the Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Financial, and Government industries.
Biography : Sincia Liu
Ms. Liu was elected to the iCIMS Board of Directors when the company was established in 1999. During its early stages, prior to iCIMS' spin off from its parent company, Ms. Liu had general oversight responsibilities for iCIMS' product development and operations.
She has served as General Manager of Comrise Technology, Inc. from September, 1994 to present. Comrise is a US-based IT Consulting Firm that provides IT solutions and resources. Ms. Liu holds a BA degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Biography : Bradley E. Sparks
BRADLEY E. SPARKS currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Laredo. Before joining Laredo Oil, he was the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Visualant, Inc. Prior to joining Visualant, he was the Chief Financial Officer of WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. from 2005-2006. Before joining WatchGuard, he was the founder and managing director of Sunburst Growth Ventures, LLC, a private investment firm specializing in emerging-growth companies. Previously, he founded Pointer Communications and served as Chief Financial Officer for several telecommunications and internet companies, including eSpire Communications, Inc., Digex, Inc., Omnipoint Corporation, and WAM!NET. He also served as Vice President and Treasurer of MCI Communications from 1988-1993 and as Vice President and Controller from 1993-1995.
Before his tenure at MCI, Mr. Sparks held various financial management positions at Ryder System, Inc. Mr. Sparks currently serves on the Board of Directors of iCIMS, Visualant, and Comrise China. Mr. Sparks graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1969 and is a former Army Captain in the Signal Corps. He has an MS in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and is a licensed CPA in Florida.
