Customer Advisory Council
CUSTOMER ADVISORY COUNCIL
At iCIMS, our customers are our best engineers. That's why we take the time to listen to them, and provide forums for customers to exchange ideas. One of these forums is the iCIMS Customer Advisory Council (CAC). This user conference is comprised of a subset of iCIMS customers that meet regularly to discuss HR issues, iCIMS' solutions, and ideas for product improvements.

Suggestions received from these user conferences become an integral part of the iCIMS product roadmap, as well as iCIMS' future expansion plans.

2008 iCIMS Customer Advisory Council

This year, the CAC will be hosted by CareerBuilder and will be held at their corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL. iCIMS hopes to make this year’s CAC as successful as last year’s, incorporating special guest speakers and important industry discussions with a forum dedicated solely to our client’s suggestions and advice for improvements.

In the spirit of Web 2.0, 2008’s theme will be: “Generation Web 2.0, Social Networks and Online Technologies.” This year’s theme will center on the rise of Web 2.0 technologies and social networks such as Facebook and MySpace, and their impact on recruiting.


Former CAC Hosts

Since 2004, iCIMS clients from across the country have gathered in one location for the CAC event. Many of iCIMS’ clients have not only participated in the CAC, but have also hosted it in the past.
