Since 1916, Ransome CAT has been a full-line Caterpillar dealer – currently operating out of 10 locations and employing over 550 people in the tri-state area. With the continuous growth came a daunting task – manually recruiting, tracking and hiring top talent across multiple locations. Managing an influx of resumes wasn’t their only cumbersome process – “re-recruiting” became a regular burden for the HR team.
