Nuance, a leading provider of speech and imaging solutions for businesses and consumers, was faced with explosive growth after a series of acquisitions. Challenged with filling specialized, high-level positions around the world, recruiters encountered language barriers and other geographic issues that resulted in long hiring processes, as well as missed opportunities with great candidates. Recognizing a need to update hiring management processes, Nuance recruiters partnered with iCIMS to power their HR technology platform.

iCIMS was able to assist Nuance with bridging the gap that existed between hiring managers located in multi-national offices. Using iCIMS’ Talent Platform, recruiters were able to build out global talent pools at a lower cost than traditional methods, which enabled proactive candidate communications and assisted with staffing hard-to-fill positions.
