With nearly 900 staff members, recruiting for full-time and part-time positions as well as a wide variety of internships for students and recent grads, NPR desired a flexible and configurable solution to find the extensive-array of top talent they were seeking. Frustrated with their current system's lack of configurability and illogical set-up, NPR began evaluating new HR software vendors. With hiring managers very active in the system, NPR required an easy to use, interactive and searchable database that allowed hiring managers to easily build requisitions and look up resumes. Additionally, recruiters wanted a system with robust reporting features to support and track their recruiting metrics and processes.
