A legislative mandate to create the Department of Technology and Information drove DTI to replace their existing paper-based applicant tracking process. Delaware sought a more efficient and effective way to manage heavy volumes of applications of both internal and external candidates.

iRecruiter addressed the need for reorganization and eliminated Delaware’s reliance on paper resumes.
