Like many innovative organizations in the financial sector, Crowe Horwath understood the inherent value of university recruiting for internship and entry-level positions, but a decentralized, manual based program made it difficult to attract and manage college applicants. "With our old system, there was no trackable history or requisitions," said Jennifer Varga, Firmwide Campus Coordinator. Crowe Horwath wanted a talent acquisition solution that was robust enough to support their experienced hire and university recruitment programs yet configurable enough to handle the distinct needs of these very different recruitment teams. In addition to implementing a unique university career portal, Crowe Horwath implemented a university events portal as well. iCIMS configured this portal to help Crowe Horwath's recruitment team promote, manage and track hundreds of on campus events at schools across the country.
