"It was a combination of the people, the work environment and the location. I can’t say enough about the energy and overall atmosphere at iCIMS, and you can’t beat the location – situated right between the beaches and New York City, with easy access to public transportation- it’s perfect!"
What is unique about your role?
"My position encompasses a lot of different areas, whether it is working on technically oriented projects, troubleshooting, or delivering great customer support. Because of this, I always feel that no day is like the last. I am constantly facing new challenges in an environment where I can see the impact of my accomplishments."

"I like the fact that my role as an Implementation Manager offers me the ability to merge my recruiting and project management backgrounds. I also really enjoy the challenge of finding new ways to use our product to solve ever-evolving HR needs."

"iCIMS is a great place to launch your career. We are a very young company, even though we've grown as much as we have. There are near endless opportunities for personal/professional growth at iCIMS if you take the time to pursue your ideas."

"When I interviewed with iCIMS in early 2005, I recognized that iCIMS had a great product, leadership, and vision. I also knew that I would have an opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the company."

"When I was looking for a new job, I was looking for more than just a paycheck. I was looking for a company that promoted a healthy work-life balance, one that was young, creative and growing. A company that was making a difference in the HR industry. I interviewed with a lot of companies and one thing that stood out for me about iCIMS is the passion that the employees have about their jobs. "My first introduction to iCIMS was as a client/customer, and I was immediately impressed. My co-workers from my previous place of employment teased me that I should work for iCIMS because I constantly gloated about their Talent Platform System and Customer Service. That was when I decided to begin my career with this dynamic company and I have never been happier. Working for iCIMS has been just as rewarding as being a customer.
