We also understand that this passion does, and must, extend beyond business concepts, and iCIMS has decided to channel much of our passion outside of working hours into a single, well-focused cause: giving back to the environment.

At an employee level, iCIMS partners with Earth Share of New Jersey, an organization that motivates citizens to take an active part in improving the health of the local environment. iCIMS’ iCARE program enables employees to support a clean and healthy environment through donations of time, talent, or money. Employees are granted two days per year for "green" volunteerism, contributing to environmental progression through non-financial means. Additionally, employees can directly support the organizations of Earth Share by participating in local programs or raising funds through payroll contributions, inkjet/toner/cell phone recycling, car donations, special events and more.

As a company, iCIMS has worked to reduce its carbon footprint by making corporate donations to 3Degrees, an organization that provides high quality Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from National Wind Farms. With this multi year commitment to RECs, iCIMS has more than matched our yearly energy usage, helping ensure that more cleanly renewable energy will be created every year.

At the customer level, iCIMS offers an iCARE discount to firms that are clearly committed to reducing reliance on non-renewable energy. Organizations that demonstrate a commitment to solar, wind, and ethanol energy sources are eligible for iCARE contract discounts when they partner with iCIMS for their HR technology needs.
