Karen is a Marketing Communications Coordinator at iCIMS. Being in this position, she is responsible for managing and creating entries in the iCIMS blog. Karen contributes to writing case studies, press releases, and promotional email blasts in order to convey iCIMS’ message.

Karen has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in Japanese from Villanova University. After spending a year and a half working in Japan, Karen returned to New Jersey to pursue a career in marketing. She enjoys studying languages, running, and watching action movies!

Kaitlin Walsh
Kaitlin is a Marketing Communications Coordinator at iCIMS. Working closely with iCIMS’ Client Relationship Managers, Kaitlin coordinates a customer driven internal marketing campaign featuring newsletters, promotional emails, User Group Breakfasts and customer webinars. Kaitlin graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a dual focus in Communications and Psychology. Kaitlin then went on to continue her education at Lehigh University, attaining a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership.

After growing up on Long Island, Kaitlin recently moved into one of New York City’s west side neighborhoods and is eager to take advantage of everything the city has to offer.
Dan Rosenblum
Dan Rosenblum
Dan Rosenblum is an RFP Writer at iCIMS and helps coordinate between the Sales and Marketing departments. To this end, Dan responds to Requests for Proposals, helping potential clients learn more about how the Talent Platform can help meet specific Talent Management needs. He also contributes to Case Studies, Market Research, and looks for innovative ways to help with iCIMS' business development strategy. Dan has been with iCIMS since 2008.

Dan has bachelor degrees in Journalism and American Studies from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he currently lives. Dan's hobbies include photography, biking, and flea markets. He also intends on getting a puppy this by the end of the year and will happily consider suggestions for a name.
Jennifer Sekerka
Jennifer Sekerka
Jennifer is an RFP Writer at iCIMS, also contributing to marketing projects and pieces such as analyst surveys and case studies. With an undergraduate degree in Linguistics from Tulane University, and graduate degrees in language education and Asian Studies, Jennifer has worked in fields ranging from education to journalism to wine shop ownership to public opinion research, but always with a tie to language and writing.

A Philadelphia native, Jennifer has recently moved to the nearby Jersey shore after her studies and work took her to faraway (as well as not so far away) places like New Orleans, Paris, Tokyo, Austin, Saigon, and New York City. Jennifer is an award winning and internationally published photo hobbyist, a certified wine expert, and as a holder of a 2nd degree black belt in Aikido, a Japanese martial art, is an assistant instructor at Aikido of Red Bank.

Kristy heads up the Marketing Communications team at iCIMS. In this role, Kristy plays an active part in creating and maintaining iCIMS’ brand through multiple channels, including all internal and external communications. Kristy graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Communication.

Kristy currently lives by the Jersey shore and enjoys spending time at the beach, and loves all things Summer. Kristy also likes picnics, frozen delights and is a dedicated Grey’s Anatomy Fan.

Katie Meeker is a Marketing Communications & Events Coordinator at iCIMS, where she organizes tradeshows, networking events, webinars and learning series as well as contributes to writing promotional emails and press releases. She recently graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, a concentration in Journalism and Public Relations, and a minor in English.

Prior to iCIMS, Katie worked as a publicist for a music venue as well as an eco-friendly company. In her spare time, she enjoys playing bass guitar, eating vegetarian food and watching The Office. Currently residing in Asbury Park at the Jersey Shore, Katie has never lived more than 5 minutes away from the beach and doesn’t plan on changing that.
Corey Milloy
Corey Milloy
Corey is the traffic coordinator for iCIMS. His responsibilities include directing sales leads, tracking and analyzing traffic trends and website metrics, developing strategies to improve campaign results, developing marketing communications, and identifying new campaign opportunities.

Born in Toronto, Canada, Corey has lived or traveled to many places including Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Australia, and others. He eventually settled down in New Jersey and earned an undergraduate degree in Business and Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. His interests (among others) include motorcycles, baseball, bad movies, poker, Big Brother, sci fi, and video games.

Amanda Ellis heads up the Business Development team at iCIMS. Partnerships are an extension and reflection of iCIMS, so she is constantly nurturing and marketing to develop strong relationships and alliances. Amanda seeks to affiliate iCIMS with industry leading and innovating organizations worldwide.

Amanda lives in New Jersey, where she was born and raised. She has two dogs , Babe and Rooey, and enjoys reading, triathlons, playing soccer and beach volleyball. She did not enjoy writing this bio.
Susan Vitale
Susan Vitale
Susan Vitale joined iCIMS in 2005, and has served as the organization’s Director of Marketing since 2008. In this role, Susan oversees all aspects of iCIMS’ strategic marketing initiatives, including demand generation, brand management, promotions, and public relations.

Responsible for spearheading iCIMS’ dive into the new age of marketing, Susan is involved with various HR and marketing networks to learn the latest marketing trends and technologies. Susan holds a BS in Marketing from Lehigh University. She enjoys spending her free time on the beach and playing with her puppy, Ruby. She is addicted to LOST and is an avid fan of The Golden Girls.
Adam Feigenbaum

Adam Feigenbaum has been with iCIMS since 2001, serving as the organization's Director of Sales since 2003. His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day Sales activities of the company, while also playing an active role in new Business Development and management of iCIMS' growing network of Service and Technology Alliances.

Adam also offers his time and expertise helping to educate recruiting professionals about HR technologies through various resources including industry news publications, user groups, and HR-related think tanks. Adam holds a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University.
Andrew Curtis
Andrew Curtis
Andrew Curtis has been with iCIMS since 2001, serving as the organization's Director of Customer Services since 2006. In this position, Andrew oversees the day-to-day operations of iCIMS' Account Management Program, including all aspects of the organization's Account Service, Implementation, and Client Relationship divisions.

Andrew was instrumental in building the foundation for iCIMS' Account Management department, while also playing an active role in the coordination of the company's ongoing user education initiatives, Customer Advisory Council, and online User Forum. Andrew holds a BA in Business Economics from Brown University.
Paul Melici
Paul Melici
Paul Melici joined iCIMS in 2004 and has served as the company’s Technology Director since 2008. Paul oversees the research & development of iCIMS’ software offerings, the hosting of that software, as well as the company’s internal Information Technology (IT) department. Paul sets the vision, goals, and strategy for accomplishing the goals for these three groups and manages their day-to-day operations.

Paul works with Customer Services, Sales, Marketing and other departments to create feedback loops which enable Paul to set the company’s technological vision and goals in the way that has the greatest benefit for the company overall – and most importantly, to provide an excellent customer experience. Paul graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Daniel Bovarnick joined iCIMS in 2007 as the organization's Director of Finance. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance and business process improvement in the financial services and software development industries. Dan has successfully helped companies translate financial data into actionable information in both large corporate and entrepreneurial environments, including 12 years at American Express Company.

Dan's responsibilities include providing financial thought leadership to the organization, leading finance and accounting, forecasting and financial management. Dan graduated from MIT with a degree in International Finance. He is also an examiner for Quality New Jersey, the New Jersey Governor's Award for Performance Excellence program that assesses organizational quality.
John Teehan
John Teehan
John Teehan joined iCIMS in 2006. He brings over 20 years of broad human resources experience within the financial services, medical products and technical services industries. He has held key roles in many functions such as policies and procedures, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, organizational development, employment law and compliance, and compensation and benefits. John’s main responsibilities include creating a strategic human resources function within iCIMS to enable employees and the organization to achieve success.

John graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance. He also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM). He is an active member of SHRM and the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources.
Colin Day
Colin Day
Colin Day founded iCIMS.com in 1999 and is the company's President and CEO. Prior to founding iCIMS, Colin worked at Comrise Technology in sales and new business development, where he was responsible for opening and growing branch offices. Previous to this, Colin spent three years in recruiting and staffing. Colin writes frequently for HR Industry publications, served as a keynote speaker in ReedLogic's The HR Software Leadership Conference 2005, and has received Human Capital magazine's HR Future Leaders Award twice.

For the past two consecutive years, Colin was rated one of the top 5 forward-thinking innovators in Fast Company magazine's Fast 50 Readers Challenge. In 2007, Colin was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in the Information Technology Software category. In 2008, Colin was recognized as one of the state’s most dynamic business leaders in NJBIZ’s Forty under 40 award program. Colin graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology.
