Karen is a Marketing Communications Coordinator at iCIMS. Being in this position, she is responsible for managing and creating entries in the iCIMS blog. Karen contributes to writing case studies, press releases, and promotional email blasts in order to convey iCIMS’ message.

Karen has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in Japanese from Villanova University. After spending a year and a half working in Japan, Karen returned to New Jersey to pursue a career in marketing. She enjoys studying languages, running, and watching action movies!

Katie is responsible for customer marketing in addition to managing iCIMS events, social media and internship program. More specifically, Katie coordinates tradeshows, networking events, webinars, learning series, email blasts, press releases, case studies, white papers and more. Katie graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, a concentration in Journalism and Public Relations and a minor in English. Prior to iCIMS she interned as a publicist for a music/art venue as well as an eco-friendly company. In her spare time she enjoys playing music, eating her veggies and going to the beach.

As Product Manager, Meghan is responsible for being the point person for iCIMS' Onboarding Solution, allowing for better refinement and execution around the overall product portfolio. Meghan enables iCIMS' Sales and CRDs to better sell solutions through stronger partnerships, product development, training, and marketing materials. Prior to her role in Product Strategy, she was a member of the Marketing Team, handling Corporate Communications. Prior to joining iCIMS, Meghan worked for Vonage in Corporate and Public Relations and for a non-profit organization, producing music festivals.

Meghan graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Advertising and Marketing Communications. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys traveling, running, eating ice cream, hanging out with family, friends, and her dog, Nugget.
Michael Heath

As webmaster, Michael assists with the Marketing and Sales team’s internet based initiatives as well as oversees any technical needs for the corporate web site. This includes general content updates to the site, investigating site errors, consulting on best practices for campaigns, importing leads, and researching new concepts to improve the efficiency of the site and the effectiveness of our lead generation.

Michael has earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. He is most passionate about baking, snowboarding, and mixed martial arts.

As a Marketing Communications Coordinator at iCIMS, Stephanie is responsible for prospect marketing to vertical industries/markets. She also oversees the iCIMS social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), hosts quarterly prospect webinars, and contributes to writing press releases and other marketing documents.

Stephanie graduated from the Rutgers Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in English. In her spare time, she likes to write in her food blog (www.stephfoodie.com), venture around NYC, watch The New York Yankee Games, and bake desserts.
Jennifer Carpenter
Jennifer Carpenter
As a Product Marketing Associate, Jennifer plays an active role in developing materials around iCIMS’ portfolio of products and services to help ensure that the marketing collateral accurately reflects benefits and features from every user perspective and persona. Her responsibilities include assisting with product launch communications, supporting channel partners with sales collateral, and creating and developing marketing materials, presentations, proposals, etc. Prior to joining iCIMS, Jennifer attended the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University, graduating with a B.S. in Marketing and minoring in Media Studies. Jennifer’s interests include watching movies, getting lost in a good book, and traveling to new destinations.
Gina Baxter

Gina is the Marketing Traffic Coordinator at iCIMS. She is responsible for managing iCIMS' online lead generation. As a member of the prospect marketing team, her job duties include managing PPC/PPL campaigns, monitoring traffic trends and website metrics, and developing strategies to improve results.

Gina has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Criminology and Justice Studies from The College of New Jersey. She enjoys painting, shopping, listening to music, and routing on her favorite sports teams NY Yankees and NY Jets!
Dana Jordan
Dana Jordan
As a Customer Marketing Coordinator at iCIMS, Dana is responsible for developing product-focused promotional campaigns that target and nurture iCIMS' existing customer base. This includes email marketing, webinars, direct mail, contests, and newsletters. Dana has also supported customer education and engagement, specifically managing the design, development, and production of a new release website and an upcoming Customer Care website redesign (stay tuned!).

Prior to joining iCIMS, Dana worked in advertising account management, field sales & training, motion picture development & pre-production, and literary acquisitions in the film industry. Dana graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in History. In her spare time, she likes to travel, watch movies, and visit her twin sister in Washington, DC.
Jill Cienki
Jill Cienki
Jill Cienki is responsible for developing proposals and documentation that represent iCIMS to both prospective and current clients. Her responsibilities include drafting requests for proposals (RFPs) from prospects, crafting quick reference guides outlining Talent Platform feature use for clients, assisting with the development of e-learning materials, maintaining a department style guide, and providing additional writing/editing support to the team as needed. Jill has a Bachelor's degree in Literature/English and a minor in Writing from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where she focused on analytical writing, reading comprehension, and 18th century British Literature. As a transplant from the Philadelphia area, Jill is an avid Flyers and Phillies fan. In her free time, Jill enjoys reading, writing, dabbling in photography, and then reading and writing some more.
Chris Amabile

As the Corporate Development Associate, Chris is responsible for driving leads and opportunity by generating efforts with our existing referral partners to be passed over to our sales organization. This is done with client emails blasts and webcasts, primary navigation referral portals, team Webinars and in-person meetings, qualified referral bonus incentives, and one-on-one interactions. Chris transitioned into this role from the Marketing Department, where he previously worked as an Opportunity Consultant. Prior to joining iCIMS, Chris worked for First Investors Corporation as a Financial Analyst. He is a recent graduate from the Ramapo College of New Jersey where he obtained a B.S in Marketing and a minor in International Business. In his spare time, Chris enjoys hanging out with friends, running, and going to the beach.
Rebecca Hammett

As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, Rebecca is responsible for marketing to both Small Business and iCIMS NOW prospects. She contributes to the creation of email blasts, informational webinars, press releases, website content, and more in order to maintain and promote the iCIMS brand. Rebecca graduated from The College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Interactive Multimedia. In her spare time she loves going to the beach, concerts, and sporting events (Let’s Go Rangers!!) with her friends.

Amanda Ellis heads up the Business Development team at iCIMS. Partnerships are an extension and reflection of iCIMS, so she is constantly nurturing and marketing to develop strong relationships and alliances. Amanda seeks to affiliate iCIMS with industry leading and innovating organizations worldwide.

Amanda lives in New Jersey, where she was born and raised. She has two dogs , Babe and Rooey, and enjoys reading, triathlons, playing soccer and beach volleyball. She did not enjoy writing this bio.
Susan Vitale
Susan Vitale
Susan Vitale joined iCIMS in 2005 and serves as the organization's Chief Strategic Officer. In this role, Susan directs iCIMS' business strategy to drive corporate growth. Her responsibilities include developing new business opportunities for iCIMS via new product lines, exploring expansion into new international markets and developing additional revenue streams through channels. Susan works closely with linking iCIMS' business vision to the product roadmap to ultimately help bring valuable new functionality to market through iCIMS’ Talent Platform.

Prior to overseeing corporate strategy, Susan was iCIMS' Director of Marketing for two years, leading all strategic marketing initiatives including demand generation, brand management, promotions, and public relations. Susan holds a BS in Marketing from Lehigh University.
Adam Feigenbaum

With iCIMS since 2001, Adam Feigenbaum currently serves as the organization's Chief Operating Officer, ensuring that internal operations are optimized to create an unparalleled Customer Experience for iCIMS' clients. His responsibilities include overseeing the integration of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service strategies into iCIMS' global operations, while also guiding internal & external corporate communications strategy.

Previously, Adam had served as iCIMS' Director of Sales from 2003 through 2009 helping to define, develop, and drive sales processes resulting in iCIMS' sustained growth over that period. Adam holds a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University and remains active with the University participating in on-campus education programs promoting careers in business.
Andrew Curtis

Andrew Curtis has been with iCIMS since 2001, serving as the organization's Director of Customer Services from 2006-2010 before starting the Product Specialist Team within the Sales Department in 2010. Andrew now leverages the experience gained while he oversaw the day-to-day operations of iCIMS' client operations (including all aspects of the organization's account service, implementation, and client relationship divisions) to assist in closing business. Andrew spends his days providing training to the sales teams, completing deep dive demonstration, demonstrations for clients, assisting reps with complex configurations, and participating as a "technical expert" on calls.

Andrew graduated from Brown University in 2004 and holds a B.A. in Business Economics. He moved to NYC minutes after graduating to avoid his family, especially his brother. He enjoys long bus rides to Hazlet, using pink font on instant messenger, and is confident no one can respond to emails faster than he can (not even you, Colin). He spends his free time skiing in Vail, tailgating at sporting events (Yankees, Giants/Jets, Devils, Rutgers), and sky diving.
Paul Melici

Paul Melici joined iCIMS in 2004 and serves as the organization's Chief Technology Officer. Paul oversees the research & development of iCIMS’ software offerings, the hosting of that software, as well as the company’s internal Information Technology (IT) department. Paul sets the vision, goals, and strategy for accomplishing the goals for these three groups and manages their day-to-day operations.

Paul works with Customer Services, Sales, Marketing and other departments to create feedback loops which enable Paul to set the company’s technological vision and goals in the way that has the greatest benefit for the company overall – and most importantly, to provide an excellent customer experience. Paul graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Ronald Kasner
Ronald Kasner
Ron Kasner serves as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and General Counsel for iCIMS. In this capacity, he has leadership responsibility for corporate strategy and development, business process improvement, and legal affairs. Specifically, Ron drives global partnering, alliances and M&A initiatives, along with iCIMS' international expansion. He also works closely with the leadership team to identify, prioritize and execute business process improvement that can have an immediate impact on revenue and profitability of the company. In addition, Ron oversees all legal activities on a worldwide basis, with a focus on ensuring that iCIMS' commercial and intellectual property rights are effectively safeguarded in its contractual relationships and the technology marketplace.

Prior to joining iCIMS, Ron was the Vice President of Corporate Development & General Counsel of LabVantage Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of laboratory information management solutions. During his tenure at LabVantage, Kasner drove corporate strategy and organizational process improvement, enabling LabVantage to significantly grow revenues, expand its global operations, and increase profitability. In his dual role, Kasner also advised on and addressed all legal affairs of the company on a worldwide basis, including contract negotiation, licensing, intellectual property protection, and employment matters. Kasner also held a variety of managerial roles with software and financial services companies, as well as counseled numerous clients, from Fortune 1000 corporations to start-up ventures, as a business and technology transactions attorney with Venable, LLP.

A graduate of Harvard Law School with a concentration in negotiations, Ron received a BS in Commerce, with distinction, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, majoring in both Finance and Accounting.
John Teehan
John Teehan
John Teehan joined iCIMS in 2006. He brings over 20 years of broad human resources experience within the financial services, medical products and technical services industries. He has held key roles in many functions such as policies and procedures, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, organizational development, employment law and compliance, and compensation and benefits. John’s main responsibilities include creating a strategic human resources function within iCIMS to enable employees and the organization to achieve success.

John graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance. He also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM). He is an active member of SHRM and the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources.
Colin Day

Colin Day founded iCIMS.com in 1999 and is the company's President and CEO. Prior to founding iCIMS, Colin worked at Comrise Technology in sales and new business development, where he was responsible for opening and growing branch offices. Previous to this, Colin spent three years in recruiting and staffing. Colin writes frequently for HR Industry publications, served as a keynote speaker in ReedLogic's The HR Software Leadership Conference 2005, and has received Human Capital magazine's HR Future Leaders Award twice.

For the past two consecutive years, Colin was rated one of the top 5 forward-thinking innovators in Fast Company magazine's Fast 50 Readers Challenge. In 2007, Colin was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in the Information Technology Software category. In 2008, Colin was recognized as one of the state’s most dynamic business leaders in NJBIZ’s Forty under 40 award program. Colin graduated from Cornell University with a degree in psychology.
