Built on the same technology as the iCIMS Talent Platform, the company’s leading mid-market solution, iCIMS NOW offers the same easy interface, robust searching and reporting, and scalability. To simplify the evaluation and implementation process for very small businesses (VSBs), iCIMS has built the software with defined configurations based on a decade of experience and more than 1000 software deployments.
The pre-configuration means there is no implementation required for iCIMS NOW customers, and they can begin using the recruiting software immediately. Interested organizations can purchase the system online or can request a free thirty day trial for same-day deployment of the software.
In addition, iCIMS NOW is supported by the same customer service that supports the larger Talent Platform and is available five days a week. Should a company grow or need a more tailored solution, it can easily scale into the larger Talent Platform.
