iCIMS Signs with AT&T to Host Online Applications


iCIMS' Solution offerings to be hosted in SAS-70 Type II Certified Facilities

June 20, 2005 Hazlet, NJ - iCIMS, a leading provider of web-based Hiring Management Solutions, announced that it has recently signed a deal with AT&T to upgrade and outsource its data center operations. Under the agreement, all of iCIMS' solutions, including the #1-ranked iCIMS' Hiring Management Solution, will be hosted at AT&T's SAS-70 Type II Certified New Jersey Internet Data Center (IDC). By providing round-the-clock management and monitoring of the operations, AT&T will help to ensure that iCIMS maintains its already stellar system availability of 99.9965%, while allowing iCIMS to concentrate on its core capabilities of developing software, and supporting customers. AT&T operates 26 IDCs around the world.

The AT&T Internet Data Center further improves iCIMS' redundancy and disaster recovery plans through such benefits as:

  • Multiple OC48 Internet Connections, with redundancy through multiple distinct cities
  • State-of-the-art Cooling Units, with N+1 redundancy
  • State-of-the-art Electrical Distribution Systems, with 2N redundancy
  • State-of-the-art Security Systems, including unmarked data center, armed guard, camera, and biometric scanning and card key access at multiple security check points
