Under the new partnership, iCIMS will leverage Redline Networks' E|X enterprise application processor within the latest release of their Applicant Tracking Solution. iCIMS' 5.1, already considered by users and analysts as one of the fastest Applicant Tracking Solutions in the Industry, will take advantage of the Redline technology, producing noticeable speed and performance improvements for iCIMS' 180+ domestic and global customers.

Based in Campbell, CA, Redline Networks offers a Web tier platform solution that enhances the overall performance, availability, security, management, and flexibility of business critical Web-enabled enterprise applications, including PeopleSoft, iNotes, Oracle, SAP, and Siebel. iCIMS use of Redline's services will provide increased performance of the core technology services involved with iCIMS delivery of the Talent Platform, such as connection management & handling, SSL offloading, dynamic content modification, and data compression. Analysis of the Redline service indicates performance enhancements of up to 4x existing levels; a major milestone considering iCIMS existing recognition with regard to the overall speed and performance of their suite of Talent Management Solutions.
