CCBI to Market iCIMS' Talent Platform as Part of Current HR Technology Offerings

Hazlet, NJ, January 1, 2003 - iCIMS, a leading provider of web-based applicant tracking solutions for HR and recruiting professionals, and CCBI, a New Jersey-based HR Consultancy and Solutions provider, today announce the creation of a marketing and referral alliance.

Under the terms of the agreement, CCBI will add iCIMS' Talent Platform to its already extensive suite of HR Management, Technology, and Personnel Solutions. Furthermore, iCIMS will market ProntoHR, an automated benefits and administration package, to its over 100 clients worldwide.
