iCIMS Reaches International Reseller Agreement With Out-Smart, Inc.
Human Resources Technology Provider Signs First International Reseller PartnerHAZLET, NJ, June 12, 2001 - iCIMS, Inc. a leading provider of human resource technologies and services, today announced a new reseller partner agreement with Out-Smart, Inc. (www.out-smart.com), an independent, human resource outsourcing company in Singapore, to provide enhanced resume management and recruitment technologies to enterprise customers in the Asia-Pacific region.
The announcement marks iCIMS first international reseller partner relationship.
Under the terms of the agreement, Out-Smart will become a certified reseller of iCIMS' technology products, including iResume™, the industry's leading resume capture and database management tool, and the iCIMS Talent Platform applicant tracking solution. iCIMS will provide Out-Smart with a new version of the Talent Platform technology, which features an enhanced graphical user interface, one-click distribution of applicant resumes to relevant HR managers and improved integration capability with Microsoft Outlook.
