HAZLET, NJ, February, 2001 - Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems introduces iCIMS' Talent Platform, a Software-as-a-service provider for IT staffing companies utilizing the Internet to locate candidates. iCIMS hosts data and resumes, allowing staffing companies to free up computer space. Information can be viewed at any time in a secure data center and interfaces with resume databases and Microsoft Outlook so hiring managers can search for candidates, download resumes, contact candidates and clients.

Hiring managers establish employment requirements through the Web, which are then posted on specified job sites throughout the Internet. iCIMS integrates with leading job boards such as Monster.com, Dice.com and Careerbuilder. iCIMS also allows companies to share candidates company wide through its Web-based system.

Through real-time updates, hiring managers can track candidate calls, memos, rejections, interview requests and interviews. When candidates call for feedback on their status, hiring managers simply search iCIMS by name, and full details are available.

There is also a candidate self-service site, which links to company Web sites. Candidates can search through a company’s employment section and apply online. Applicant information is transferred to Recruiter, and hiring managers are notified.
